We organized the decoration and lighting, catering and music.
The couple, of different nationalities, had gotten married and wanted to celebrate their wedding party with their respective families in Madrid, at the bride’s family home.
They didn’t want a formal, seated dinner but rather a fun party where guests from both families could meet and enjoy a beautiful Madrid summer night in a magnificent garden. There were 350 people.
Upon arrival, all guests were greeted with cocktails before moving to the garden around a terrace where we set up a jazz band. We illuminated the entire garden to highlight its beauty and around that terrace we created different seating environments. We set up different food kiosks featuring both Spanish and international cuisine, where guests could try different tapas as well as a buffet. We organized a conventional drinks bar and two other illuminated cocktail bars staffed by professional bartenders.
Later in the evening, the jazz band gave way to a DJ and dance floor, where guests danced until the early morning hours.
