I am Beatriz Llamas
I grew up in Madrid, in a family passionate about gastronomy, human relationships, and the perfection of details. I soon entered the culinary world from a professional perspective.
I founded my first catering company, La Colineta, during university, and later directed Alambique, a renowned cooking school, where I also began organizing exclusive events and writing about gastronomy.
After several years abroad, I created Amentum, a project that combines my experience in cooking, events, and human relationships to offer unique and personalized experiences.
